Gail Allen
Master Healing Guide and Holistic Wellness Therapist Gail Allen holds a Masters Degree from Liberty University in Counseling and Coaching and approaches therapy from a holistic, Chakra-focused angle. She utilizes an eclectic, person-centered approach that is heavy in DBT, Somatic Processing, and is influenced by the Jungian approach. Gail relies on her wisdom from experience, spiritual guidance, and deep intuition to be an objective observer. She has the ability to hold space - fully seeing and hearing her clients, while providing feedback from a place of love and good fellowship. Gail diverges from following the medical model of therapy (diagnosing clients), instead she focuses on wellness and the whole human experience. She works with her clients from a trauma educated place of unconditional positive regard. While there is certainly a place for traditional psychotherapy, this isn't what Gail feels called to offer. She has found that most people are able to tap into the healing energy that comes from awakening to their soul's true cry! |
Danielle Schwartz
Wild Healing Guide and Body Affirming Yoga Teacher Danielle Schwartz began her journey to self-love while utilizing yoga and meditation as a tool to achieve sobriety in 2009. Through her work of reclaiming her wild feminism and healing her childhood trauma, she realized the importance of sharing her vulnerabilities with other women. Her dedication to continue her growth and share the marvelously freeing experience of body love, she trained with Anna Guest-Jelley of Curvy Yoga in Nashville, TN. Danielle earned her 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher certification with a specialization in Curvy Yoga in 2017. She expanded her teaching practice in 2019 with a certification in Yoga and 12 Step Recovery, to be able to better share her experiences in yoga and addiction recovery with her students. In 2021, Danielle went on to earn her 300 hour teaching certification with a focus on Kundalini Yoga and Ayurvedic Healing, as well as, her 100 hour teaching certification in Meditation. She continues to grow her yogic knowledge through self study in Yin, Restorative, and other healing modalities. Danielle also enjoys an active lifestyle outdoors. She loves kayaking, SUP yoga, hiking, traveling, and off-roading in her Jeep. Danielle is thrilled to share these activities with other adventurous women in the southwest US on guided therapeutic trips into the wild. She believes part of enjoying and appreciating our bodies is to explore our connection with mother Earth. Having the opportunity to affirm what we CAN do in our bodies, allows us to investigate deeper into our emotions surrounding our capabilities. Danielle believes we all have the power to do hard things. Her mission is to create space for women online to find strength in their bodies and flourish in their wild hearts. |
