What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a powerful, highly effective healing technique that results in drastic results, often in fewer sessions than traditional talk therapy. This brain-based approach combines EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic therapies and allows clients to process traumatic memories, uncover emotions, and allows for processing and insights for fresh perspectives. Helpful for PTSD, CPTSD, general trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, self-esteem, grief, anger, creativity and sports blocks, and more!
What is Trauma Coaching?
Sometimes we all need someone to support us unconditionally and help untangle the thoughts running through our heads! Often we don't know how we got to where we are or how to move forward, although we know we want to. Professional support can mean the difference between breaking out of painful cycles, healing lifetimes of hurt, and recovering from trauma ... vs staying stuck.
